Exchange Policy
At Treasures of Desire, we want you to cherish the items you choose. If a physical treasure does not resonate with you as expected, we offer a path for exchange under the following conditions:
1. The Exchange Window
Like our returns, exchanges must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
2. Eligibility & Exclusions
Pristine Condition: Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original "as-sent" state may be exchanged.
Non-Exchangeable: For health and safety reasons, all apothecary items (soaps, scrubs, balms, etc.) and all digital products are excluded from exchanges.
3. The Exchange Process
The Return Journey: The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to our shop. You must provide a tracking number to ensure the item arrives safely.
Verification: Once the item is received and verified to be in perfect condition, your exchange credit will be unlocked.
The Value Scale: You may exchange your item for any in-stock treasure of equal or lesser value. Please note that the original shipping costs are not included in this credit.
New Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees of the new item. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the replacement treasure.
